Hey, I’m Kristen – a 15-year, 7-figure entrepreneur & here’s why it matters to me…

I was 19 & newly married when I started my very first “real” business. I started as a wedding videographer & photographer…

I grew my business to a VERY full-time, multiple 6-figure venture, enjoying rapid growth & started working with entrepreneurs and small business owners on all forms of strategic marketing. I loved my clients, filled my schedule, sold out workshops, randomly became the lead photographer at a John Legend concert, and was booking clients months in advance. I was living the “dream” —until it all changed.

I realized that even though my business looked “successful” on the outside, there was something else going on INSIDE…

I was totally burnt out, putting in over 65 hours a week and just feeling drained in every way possible. I had zero time for my husband, daughter, friends, or even myself. Joy? Yeah, that was out the window. I honestly thought that all this craziness was NEEDED for my business to be successful. It felt like a badge of honor to be busy all the time, but all that stress and no rest caught up with me. I ended up in the hospital three times between 2018 and 2019.

It was that fork in the road moment. I had to decide if I could really keep running AND scaling my business, or if I had to give it all up & walk away…

I knew I literally couldn’t keep going at the pace I was going (I wasn’t slowing down myself, so my body did it for me).

So, I had to make a decision to FULLY COMMIT to finding a better way because I was WILDLY passionate about what I was doing and WHO I was serving – I just KNEW there had to be a better way or I wasn’t going to make it to the age of 35.

Thankfully there WAS a better way…

After many years of practice, trial & error, investing in education, hiring mentors, testing, growing my own businesses & walking alongside hundreds of clients – I can with full confidence say there IS a way to scale to a 6-7+ figure business WITHOUT the chaotic hustle.

And I was able to grow MORE personally AND financially than when I was maxed out working 65+ hours a week.

I still have a drive & a good work ethic.

But, now I can have slower mornings with my coffee and a good book.

I can drop everything & go sit with a friend in crisis.

I can be PRESENT again.
